True luck? But doesn't that give you a hero who already has it?

I don't remember about True Luck specifically, but in campaigns, you occasionally find heroes (often from prisons...criminals:smile08:) whose level and skills don't match the special ability slot. That's what I was talking about: with weak heroes, the ability looks very impressive (and you can also fill the skill slots as you see fit).
By the way, in the campaign for Rai'lag, I freed a Necromancer hero with the Shriek of Horror from prison. I decided to try him out and see how the special ability works. But...he hadn't leveled up the Banshee's Cry.:smile52: So, the ability is there, but you can't use it. Pure idiocy, unadulterated and beautiful...:smile44:
