Definitely a plus, yes. But you probably won't play with most of the roster anyway (in a league with 140+ champions, I play with one and a half, even though I have almost all of them), so it's not that critical. There's also a problem with runes and summoner spells in the League, which I already wrote about above, but that only applies to it.

And in general, why are you being so absolute?
