What are the advantages of Heroes V? How do you see them?

If we were to list all the positive aspects of this game, it wouldn't be enough to fill an entire page, because if they simply didn't exist, there wouldn't be any interest in the game as such...
The percentage of negative aspects is, of course, less than the percentage of positive ones... but this small percentage is much larger than in the games that we all call Masterpieces. ;)
