This is a small problem, and I don't deny that I'm also part of it. For example, spending a long time playing turn-based games with people tires me out a lot.
Well, I'm against games similar to Heroes for the same reason. Personally, I would play RTS games, MMOs, RPGs, but again, such a relaxed, non-competitive gameplay probably won't appeal to many.
It's not necessary to play for 15 minutes and then stop, but you can set aside a certain amount of time for it and continue playing even if someone from the group drops out for some reason.
I agree with that, of course, but I immediately disliked these kinds of games, so I probably won't be able to help you with that.
