Walkthroughs for custom maps.

Does anyone have information about the location of all the "Bird of Perception" artifacts? I got the Imaginarium, but I can't seem to reach the King of the Dwarves... I'm starting to think I might have accidentally sacrificed one of the birds on an altar, and I'm shuddering at the thought.
