I didn't drag it out when everything was already laid out and I gathered the required number of mages using the repeating event bug at point 18.41.0. There, you get 3k mages with parameters and the rest of the army.

The funniest thing is that this is, in theory, an event that should only work for the AI, but it's set the other way around.
