Appearance/discussion of Academy units.

Gentlemen, I've noticed a discrepancy: a great unit like the golem should be enhanced by the "March of Machines" skill from the Academy – it should increase its speed/initiative and have positive morale. However, this skill is located in the logistics branch, and the chance of getting logistics when leveling up for Academy units is only 2%!
