Long story short, I was sent by work to our nursing home (or maybe it was just a hospital, but it looked like our real nursing home where I recently went for work) to take photos and write about some cool event for the elderly.
Along the way, my phone died (and with it the voice recorder), but they gave me a replacement there, which I didn't even use.
I briefly talked to a staff member, looked around — seemed fine. Then I saw some guy, my colleague, hanging around nearby taking photos (he has a much better camera than mine, but his photography skill is zero). I thought, okay, let him take photos, and I'll write an article using his pictures (we do that sometimes). When I lost sight of that guy, I was about to leave, but then the staff member stopped me and asked me to stay because the real fun was about to start — some cool guy was coming with an entertainment program and loads of gifts.
Anyway, it was a young businessman. I thought, "What the hell? I'm not going to promote some random dude; he should contact the advertising department" — and decided it was time to leave. In the end, he came up to me himself, started talking as if we were old friends, and it turned out to be Uran (!O_o). He had a pretty interesting business: he founded an entertainment agency with a huge bunch of various holiday goods, and he worked there as a party host himself (!O_o). And basically, if you bought all his goods for a holiday (i.e., all decorations had to be from his store and no other), then he would host events for free. Though it was all done as charity. While everyone was getting ready, we goofed off, discussed all sorts of things, and I stayed to later write about the amazing celebration, but not to promote Uran (he agreed himself, said it was all for the elderly, not for popularity).
When I had gathered enough material, I stepped away to talk on the phone (Uran had a charger with him, and my phone worked again), and I lost sight of the whole event (not that I needed it — I had enough material). I was about to leave when I ended up in some ward where several half-dead unconscious old ladies were lying around, and Uran, along with several doctors, was in the center of this circle standing over a table. He said something like, "Well, since you're already feeling bad, nothing will help you anyway" — and they started cutting into that old lady, removing all her organs. When the old lady was taken apart for "spare parts," Uran turned to the others and asked if they felt just as bad. Everyone immediately jumped up — it turned out they were faking being sick and were actually fine, and then they had to join the general fun.
I was of course shocked by this turn of events and realized I had to get out of there fast. Then Uran intercepts me and starts describing everything as if he's horrified by the local doctors' methods — how awful and scary it was. For a second, I even believed he wasn't lying (he was very convincing), until he started saying he accidentally saw it all (and then I remembered he was at the center of it all). I had to pretend I believed him and suggested we turn those monsters in to the police together. He agreed with me, but it was clear he was lying and I needed to break away from him and make a run for it. And that's where it ended.
