Rating system for online games in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

So, what will you achieve by considering such a situation? I would immediately deduct 100 rating points for that :D, but a normal person would probably let it slide because they know they're not the only one playing – they can find a couple of others if needed.

How would you even deduct 100 points from me? I said I would crush everyone, then I read the posts, thought about it, and decided to back out. At the same time, I wrote that my grandmother was supposedly sick, and I couldn't participate – remove me, okay? And try to deduct 100 points from me then :)
And there's a guy who said he would crush everyone, but he's not removed until the very end, hoping to beat someone, but it doesn't work out (his grandmother is actually sick). This guy will lose rating points in your system, unlike the clever guy who "withdraws" from the tournament in time.

And if it's not a secret, what's the deadline? You can think about it for a long time :D?

I don't remember the size in terms of capacity :) There were several rating lists (I'm on one of them). A description of the rating calculation system. A description of the rules for the VGAPlanets game. A description of one game in which I was a substitute. So, there should have been several files.

Isn't the cube root calculated like that? I don't remember exactly, but it seems like it's done differently, although of course, maybe...

How would I know how to draw the cube root of three in a text editor? There were no Windows or Word back then. And I sent the texts in the form they were given to me.
