There's a bug where, in the creature bank (for example, the Black Tower, but it seems to happen in any bank), approximately 60,000 crystals (and sometimes other numbers and resources) are added as a reward. The source of this is currently unknown. It's actually quite surprising that none of the HW team members have encountered it.

If anyone does encounter it, we'll need all the save files from the beginning of the game for both players.

Whether or not they respond is up to the administration. The main thing is that the report sent to that email address won't be ignored and will eventually be reviewed. Of course, if adequate evidence is attached – usually screenshots, and in the case of cheating, save files are desirable.
