HW tournament statistics analyzer.

I looked at the changes — now the list of reports is generated dynamically via JavaScript. On one hand, we can now ditch the parser (which will also speed things up) and just make a direct API request; on the other hand, that's quite a bit of code to change. I'll get to it in the new year.

Another piece of good news — judging by the signatures — the ratings have almost evened out in numbers, so it looks like the rating error wasn't on my end (and the one I do have seems to be due to some incorrect rounding) :D
