Appearance/discussion of Academy units.

Gentlemen, I've noticed an inconsistency: the golem, a rather powerful unit, should be enhanced by the "Marching Machines" skill from the Academy. This skill should increase its speed/initiative and provide a positive morale bonus. However, this skill is located in the Logistics branch, and the chance of acquiring the Logistics skill when Academics level up is only 2%!
