A counter-question: why should it be official? Was a quorum reached?

We can help reach the quorum :) Sign me up too. I'm playing for the quorum. We've already discussed that if a quorum is reached, the rating can be considered as a tournament. Whether it's an official tournament or not doesn't matter – as long as it's conducted at a proper level and reaches the quorum. Also, it's unclear why the secondary criterion will be the HP of all heroes the player has on the final save, although this isn't crucial – it can be done that way if you like. According to the rules, I understand that only "hiding" is prohibited among the bug-fixes, everything else is allowed, including "graveyard technologies." Is that correct?
