Tazar was well-developed, but Logistics was the last skill he learned. He gained full control at level 146 with his 6th upgrade, but the opponent appeared too soon, and I couldn't take advantage of it. Throughout the game, his army's power was lower than the opponent's until Armageddon, when the opponent made a mistake.
