We played according to the agreed-upon rules (apparently, after this, Gunnar decided to change his castle). He moved normally, killed his own tower companion (he had a double). In the 2nd week, he took the Giants' dwelling with Craig, and placed it at the end of the 2nd week in his castle. Then he attacked the Cyclops and Angels, took Utopia, where he received +3 to all stats. Then he moved towards Utopia (as it turned out, there were 4 Utopias) in his territory, to place Titans (he would have 10 of them in 4 weeks, and 16-17 in 2 months). Then we saved the game because Gunnar was unlucky, despite having a huge army, he couldn't build control. We decided to conduct an experiment to make it clear. I opened the map, and Utopia didn't give control points, so Gunnar surrendered according to our agreement. Because in 3 turns, I would place Titans and have extremely high stats (the first Utopia gave control points and a lot of other things, except for the red orb).
Thank you for the game!
