Well, maybe it's still not worth creating the formula this way; it seems a bit too complicated... Then, simply:

Rnew=Rold-N*2

What do you think, will the coefficient k be 2? In general, does Online skip many games? I'm not entirely sure; it seems to me that we should primarily base it on this...:)
