A new plugin for Heroes 3 tournaments!

Too much text, and I don't want to play according to someone else's rules again. How about a plugin that disables Necropolis heroes from entering non-Necropolis castles... (and, of course, prevents them from spawning from dungeons)? That would be enough for me to enjoy playing on HotA.
