Looks like "all-planned" delaying made some sense and we got new participants in our party:
o1dboy79 finally gets his place in group 14 that was waiting for him from the first day
and much more - we get 12 new players who formed 15 & 16 groups.
Both new groups are tough comparing to the average level of tournament. In both new groups some people with higher personal rating took place in lower brackets. But i am sure there is no point for offense taking in mind it's "late" groups.
There was not too much time from the beginning passed so deadlines for all new players are the same - i will just take in mind the circumstances when dealing with rounds 1-2 "special situations" if any will happen.
