What prevents you from doing EVERYTHING as described here HERE?!

I probably have a different version of the game because I couldn't make it work according to your instructions; new creatures still didn't appear.
The installer copied files into the Editor folder and that's it. After that, I launch MapEditor, but there are no new creatures. Generating an .armg file also didn't help.

I have the Russian Gold version of the game by Nival + Ubisoft. If you search for "Heroes of Might and Magic 5 Gold," you will find the same version as in the first link.
I'll try experimenting with versions.

By the way, what does "
"Russian version for Nival Interactive" mean in the instructions? Isn't Nival the developer rather than the publisher?
