Satellite No. 2 for the Unified System of Communication in Yekaterinburg.

I have already expressed my opinion; I believe that those who are not 100% ready should not participate in satellites.

I'm not 100%, but 80% :-P And I would sign up for a satellite just to ensure there's a quorum, to be part of the crowd, and to have some fun with the fish. But honestly, I'm not really interested.
And I would give the prize to someone deserving, a local... :D
