ewgeniy developed slightly faster, captured the 2nd castle before uran, the 3rd as well.
on the 2nd respawn, ewgeniy got dwellings for cyclopes, basilisks, and manticores, while uran got 2 halls of darkness and 1 dragon crypt.
Kyrre constantly took losses - elves and pegasi, Galtran lost vampires.
in the final battle, Kyrre 21 20 12 8 (all except fire, implosion 1200, 180 mana, resurrect, cure, morale 7 luck 5) 57 pegasi, 50 treants, 65 dwarves, 30 unicorns, 16 gold dragons, 66 centaurs, and 52 elves.
Galtran 17 16 11 11 (all except water, berserker, oil, haste, earthquake) 1 luck. 21 dragons, 65 knights, 3k skeletons, 170 zombies, 140 ghosts, and 65 liches.
Galtran broke through 2 stacks of 20 rust dragons and teleported home.
ewgeniy placed 3 heroes with 1 stack of 7 ghosts each, the opponent lost ? mana. Kyrre expected that 2 earthquakes wouldn't destroy the gate (first a berserker spell was cast, which was cured, and the dragons destroyed the catapult), but the gate fell on the 1st try - there was no point in continuing...

Result - the opponent got lucky twice - dwellings (all 3!) and the gate fell on the 1st try, if it hadn't fallen on the 2nd, Kyrre would have won.

ps completely forgot - strange map - Kyrre had neither logistics nor archery (had expert wisdom and it helped a lot on the 2nd week to overcome 55 sharpshooters ;)) and Roland had diplomacy... Galtran had everything as expected - necromancy and defense. Such are the quirks :);):)
