Will leaders be unable to move with armies without a hero? If they can, then it's a flaw; the hero becomes practically unnecessary:

A leader is part of the army. Just as an army cannot exist without a hero, an army with a leader cannot exist without him. A leader is not a substitute for a hero, but rather his assistant. In my opinion, the more battles a unit wins, the stronger it should become, which is logical. This strength should be provided by the leaders. And the hero leads the ENTIRE army.
