1) Download NHF
2) Extract the "maps" folder from it
3) Archive it into a separate mod and place it in the mods folder (we don't need the NHF itself).
4) Place TBM in the mods folder
5) If you want to play other maps or campaigns, patch them with the NHF patcher and place them in the "maps" folder
6) Play any map or campaign from the standard ones or the patched ones with bots

By the way, I reverted the calendar changes and global spells for myself by deleting the corresponding folders, as in non-tournament play, it significantly reduces gameplay variety.
