The error lies in the fact that the spell is not given the "64" flag, meaning that the spell only has a mass effect at the expert level. I highly doubt that baratorch will make this fix in HD. Therefore, you can do it yourself specifically for Wog. You just need to add this line to the script: !#SS61:F5221; If you don't know how to do this, here are the instructions (link). Important! Even if you do everything correctly, the fix will only start working on newly created maps. The fix will not work in old saves.
