Will the tournament be completed on January 8th or 9th? I need to know which day to buy a ticket for.

The final of the tournament will be on January 8, 2019, and is scheduled to end by 7:00 PM local time. However, after that, there will be a closing party that will last until late at night. Departure from the base is scheduled for January 9, 2019, before 4:00 PM.
