1. I am not at all satisfied with the concept of "Thursday evening"; please indicate the exact time in Moscow time. An interval of half an hour is fine, but for information: evening starts at 18:00 and ends at 23:59.
2. If I do not receive confirmation from BOTH players about the time of the game in this thread or in my ICQ, you can not expect me to be available at the specified time, so as not to waste time and then hear that "I don't think we agreed on a time yet."
In summary:
It is very regrettable that some participants in the tournament do not respect others and are not on time, and do not respect the time of other participants, but I treat my own time very carefully, and I will not allow such disrespect, so, for those who are unreliable, do not expect any concessions; with such an attitude, technical defeats are guaranteed.
