Yes, there are questions; it's not very clear how it's calculated, and where these 0.5 values come from.

The Swiss Master program handles all the calculations. I haven't quite figured out where these 0.5 values come from; it's probably related to the players who have been eliminated, and the system assigns them some points for that. With a point system of 1-0.5-0, everything seems clear, but with 3-1-0, it's not clear. I couldn't figure it out right away; I'll try to understand it better tomorrow with a fresh mind.
