Shouldn't the winner of the "Novice" tournament immediately have 1750 rating?
It seems like they have a year until the next FB. Correct me if I'm wrong.

In general, I was referring to the current tournament. But since that wasn't possible, I think we can consider transferring this right to the next tournament, since some unknown admiral took their place in this one.
