I looked at the map version 1.2. I didn't want to write anything about it for a long time, but I guess I promised...
-The Seer's Hut has been removed. I didn't understand this, the hut is still there. Grover still appears with human troops in dialogue scenes: with the mage, when talking to Harold. The whole scene with Harold looks strange - Grover defeats him in battle, and then there is a dialogue where Harold is with his army, and Grover is without an army, and yet the first dictates terms to the second.
The new mentor location is slightly better than before, but not close to the castle. With this arrangement, it's as if a sign was hung above the entrance to the Dungeon: "enter here." The second exit, which was much more useful, located in the center, now only works for scouting missions.
The battle with Harold has become a little better. The last two battles were not enjoyable at all. The battle with Glen already made a very unpleasant impression on me, but I still decided to win it in the hope of a better ending. However, the last battle turned out to be so absurd and a blatant cheat that there was no point in playing it. The map is dead for me.
Thank you for your feedback. So:

I didn't understand this either. I downloaded the archive, looked, and didn't find the Seer's Hut. And you found it somewhere?
The battle with Glen already made a very unpleasant impression on me, but I still decided to win it in the hope of a better ending.
I watched the replay and didn't see anything so terrible.
However, the last battle turned out to be so absurd and a blatant cheat that there was no point in playing it. The map is dead for me.
And what makes the last hero so strong? Is it that he can cast Dominate, Berserk, or mass spells? In my opinion, the only thing he needs is to reduce his troops, stats, and everything else.

Yes, and Grover participates in the Empire's expedition, that is, with humans.
But I agree about the mentor. I'll have to move him.
