1. Registration closes at 23:59 on December 14.
The announced start date of the tournament is December 15th. This is a Saturday.
To avoid losing the entire weekend of December 15-16, registration will close at midnight from Friday (December 14th) to Saturday (December 15th). Some time will be needed to create the participant tables and brackets based on the tournament rating (the right column will be used - the rating for the last two years). And within two hours, the draw will be held.
By the morning of Saturday, December 15th, the group stage tables will be ready.
2. Tournament Rating.
The Tournament Rating is ready on time, so the formation of brackets for the group stage draw will primarily be based on it. If a player does not have a tournament rating, the regular rating will be used.
3. Fixed schedule of rounds.
A detailed item about the fixed schedule of games has been added to section 2 in the description of the group stage, indicating which bracket will play against which in each round.
4. Section 3 has been revised.
(*) The start day of the round will be Tuesday (item 2) (and not Thursday, as stated initially).
(*) All ODs (One-on-One matches) are scheduled for the night from Thursday to Friday (item 8).
This is done to ensure that the first pair of weekend days are not missed.
(*) Item 6 of this section has been changed - when requesting an OD, it is necessary to immediately inform the opponent as well, so that he can inform the organizer of his time.
(*) All timeframes for scheduling ODs have been specified (item 8).
(*) Only the forum's private message system is indicated as a means of communication when scheduling ODs (item 6, and item 10 has been added).
5. Library Restructuring.
Section I, item 11: For games where one of the players plays as the Tower faction, Library Restructuring is enabled.
6. Additional criteria in case of a tie in points among participants in the same group.
After the Berger coefficient, the criterion of head-to-head results has been added.
