Hmm... strange... So, it's apparently allowed here to make personal attacks. And on top of that, to blatantly lie, twist things, and swap concepts.

Where and when did I write that the situation with Tante concerns my own games personally?
Where and when did I write that I played with friends (of whom I basically have only three, and none of them play Heroes III)?
And as for being drunk — sober up yourself first before spewing such nonsense: all the games I played in the past, especially tournament ones, and those I occasionally play now, were not played "drunk" (except for a couple of booze-streams).

Dave is writing almost everything correctly. Random heroes won't affect the overall game balance, but they will slightly boost the obvious underdog towns and slightly weaken the rest, except Conflux (and all this is not a solution to the overall imbalance problem originally built into Heroes).
True, for most templates, it's hard for me to imagine a situation where Dave himself wouldn't level Galtran with three stacks on day 111 for any other town. And a necro-fest is exactly that.
And to avoid a necro-fest, here's a crazy idea in the style of Alfeyn (i.e., completely detached from reality) specifically for the "Lubimchiki" tournament: only a hero of the chosen faction can be the main hero.

Applying the Isra/Vidomina mechanism to other Necromancers is not good form, because that mechanism usually ruins half of the default skills. But what is actually not hard to implement technically is simply nerfing the necromancy percentage itself, for example to 7/14/20% or even to 5/10/15%.

I already wrote about Luna. Luna herself is imbalanced — she needs to have her fire wall banned in fights with neutrals.
