HotA - General Questions and Discussions

Yesterday, during a tournament game, I suddenly learned that the catapult has immunity to combat magic, but only against the "Explosion" spell. It seems like this information isn't documented anywhere. Is this specific to "Heroes" or does it also apply to "Clash of Heroes"?
