I think this is wrong. If my opponent tells me that for them OH is expensive and the issue is purely about money (you never know someone's situation), then I'm ready to buy it for them. But if my opponent starts evading, making up some excuses, yet is willing to play at someone else's expense - I'm principled and not ready to help or accommodate such a person.

Though personally, I think that with OH there should also be a different timer for the game.

I have thought a lot about this issue. But I believe that as long as OH is not a mandatory part of the HX rules, it's too early to change the timer for OH. In general, I like the idea of adding one minute for each day of OH. Usually OH costs up to 117, and the extra 7 minutes (14 for both) is perfectly fine.
