A tower with a library and a Necromancer is generally stronger than any castle that also has a Necromancer, on Hero Level Plus.

By the way, if anyone has ideas for a template pool, feel free to share them.
It's much easier to do this in HotA now. Wick released some good stuff before leaving (not top-tier, but definitely decent).
And Antares is a much better mirror than Diamond. And Nostalgia with its railroads works great. And Boomerang is better than CM.
I'd replace them without hesitation, but none of this works on SoD (plus, SoD draws roads differently than HotA, more like Censored - profanity is prohibited).
I racked my brain and couldn't come up with anything better than this pool of 9 maps. But maybe I just missed something (I've studied Panic, Balance, Skirmish, and 8x8a, so don't suggest those).
