the seventh level is occupied by dragons: the first and second are electric (air dragon and white dragon), the third is a sapphire dragon, which controls snow, frost, blizzards, and the like; the idea is this: humans and nagas worship kirins, rain dragons, but the ice dragons living on the dragon's ridge are neglected; they envy the kirins and treat mortals with contempt, but young dragons sometimes form alliances with humans, using them as servants in exchange for protection.
