He had a Scroll of DD on respawn, and Grindan quickly regained his composure. On day 117, he hired Ryland, maxed out his diplomacy, and... in his excitement, left him in the Rampart he had taken from the AI, forgetting to build a Stronghold. The AI didn't forgive him.
On the third week, Grindan rushed with 4 DDs and took all the AI's castles (while Sira and Desso were in the Treasury). On the fourth week, he attacked Sira, who was emerging from the Treasury into the swamp, with 7 mana and bombarded her with bolts.
