RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

You could give an Orc part of the armor from a demon lord, implying that he is so strong that he can fight in the breastplate of a demon lord, but not strong enough to wear the entire armor.
Accordingly, you could give more armor to the defensive grade and an axe to the alt-grade (for the offensive grade).

Demon armor is too much; eclipses are rare, and there isn't much material:D
However, human armor tailored to fit an Orc's body would be a good fit. Orcs live in Listmur with dwarves and humans; this city should have a wild mix of human and dwarven technologies. Orc officers dispersing bandits and vagrants in the slums look great.
