I suggest we stop discussing this rule point – it seems to have been settled once and for all. You can resurrect an enemy hero on the day of their death and any day thereafter. What's the point of trying to capture and destroy the opponent if that's the case? This is not prohibited anywhere – neither in the tournament rules nor in the FAQ.

The phrase in the tournament rules: "it is also forbidden to purchase heroes who died in battle (do not confuse with those who fled)!" applies only to your own heroes, but not to the opponent's heroes... This is exactly how it is stated in the FAQ in relation to your own heroes – otherwise, I, for example, could not interpret this point. This is the "default" condition. If the rules of the current tournament require prohibiting the resurrection of an enemy hero (which is quite reasonable, as it is left to the discretion of the organizer), then the prohibition must be explicitly stated – "Resurrecting defeated (or fled) enemy heroes is prohibited".

Formally, there was no prohibition at the start of the tournament.
