Bought Conflux for 3500. Opponent gave me the red. Had 2 restarts for me, 1 for the opponent. Got Green right away, there was a lot of gold lying around, so I didn't restart. Opponent neither. On turn 2 everything was fine too, so we played on. On 122 I broke into the Treasury with 4 birds, immediately took 2 Dragon Fly Hives on 12 ducks. Then I freed Mephala from jail, and then I thought I knew where the Grail was. How wrong I was. It turned out the Grail was in a different place, and that piece by which you could tell the ornament wasn't right was covered by a tree in the Inferno zone. It didn't ruin the game for me, of course, but when I started digging for the 4th time with a trio of heroes — I suspected something was wrong. Lifted that tree and wanted to swear. In short, with the Grail everything would have been great. Without the Grail, though, it turned out the Treasury was very far away, no one had Logistics except Mephala, no one had Earth except Green. Then I scraped together to level 5, but there was no Dimension Door. Had a Wizard's Well, but no way to gather the map.
As the reveal showed, the opponent got an unreal chocolate with a ton of Cons, normal roads and Town Portal, +5 all and +6 all in a Dragon Utopia. So even with the Grail, there was very likely no chance.
