I think enough has been said here about the advantages and disadvantages. I tend to agree that it's better to choose Aiden, Peer, and Marius (if you're using demonology), and Khalid is also a good asset at the beginning of the game (sulfur is needed for ifrits and hounds).
But what a colorful castle! It's drawn better than all the others, and the musical track is also excellent. Playing for fun with this castle is always interesting, if only because there isn't a clearly defined strategy, and you have to adapt to the situation.
