The first campaign doesn't present any difficulties at all. I completed it quickly; you just need to build up your forces as much as possible, meaning aggressively participate in every battle you can – your hero levels up, and you gather resources. And when they drag you into a dungeon, just modestly step aside, and after everyone else has fought, deal the final blow to the strongest of them.
Step aside from the way of a better man than you
So you fall at his feet hes the one who betrays you
Its the servants devotion for the decay
Stand up
There are no flowers on your grave
There are no chains
There I keep chanting for the forgotten name © Amorphis
