If superhumans appear in the future, or if the point system changes, then reaching 2300-2400 will be achievable. In reality, it would be good if at least one person has 2200 and maintains that level for at least some time. In my opinion, I would give a blue badge for a maximum of 2200.

The issue here isn't about superhumans, but about time. The more people with 1500 appear, the more people start reaching 1700, and so on. For comparison, in 2014, there were only a few players with 1900. And no one had 2000. Now, there are already 2-3 people with 2000, as well as 5-6 people with a rating of 1900+. I think in a couple of years, there will be several people with 2100 and a lot with 2000+. This is the rating inflation.
