I don't know, 2400 azure seems like a decent goal, and I think it will be achievable in a couple of years.
A player with 2200 rating, winning against a 1800 player, only gains 1 point, but loses 32 when losing. Winning/losing against a 2000 player results in +2 and -16, respectively.
Considering that a 2200 player doesn't have an equal opponent, they will have to consistently win at least 9 out of 10 games. And if they participate in tournaments, they will have to maintain a pace of 30-40 consecutive wins, which is unrealistic.
