I encountered a problem: when I cook for the whole week, the food becomes, shall we say, not as fresh towards the end. It's often inconvenient to break up the cooking process into several sessions. I tried freezing some of the food right away in containers, because what harm can it do in the freezer (we ate mayonnaise-based salad after six months, and no one got sick, lol). Today, I ate the first batch of pilaf from the freezer. It was very good, almost tastier than the pilaf I made yesterday. Overall, it turned out to be a good idea.
