Do you take the Literacy skill?

From time to time, I take the "Literacy" skill for a hero on large maps so that I can train newly recruited heroes when possible, but this only works in the early stages, before the magic guilds are built. Sometimes, I also take "Literacy" for a secondary hero in campaigns to transfer spells (that the main hero hasn't learned yet). Just for the sake of it, you could say; the more spells, the better.
