They were sweating buckets in round 111. I hope the organizers will take this into account when drafting the rules for the next OFB. Last year, a similar issue was addressed by prohibiting pre-arranged draws in the last two rounds.

But why do you think that in a qualifying tournament, this is somehow wrong? What's the point of prohibiting such actions? We scored enough points that we could agree to a draw in the last round; maybe our opponents should have won more?
If you're playing in a poker qualifying round and you have the biggest stack, no one will complain that you don't play with a pair of aces five times in a row, even if you're not knocking out those who have nothing left. Because what's the point?
And here, we might have to sweat for three weeks, trying to get into a situation that boils down to a draw, just for your amusement and to make things look good on the website?
