Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I'm curious why some people still wear cuffed pants. The trend is over; you see maybe 2-3 people on the street with cuffed pants, even in the summer. So, either the person is trying to appear fashionable out of habit, which is sad, because walking around in an outdated style is embarrassing, or they... have found their true style in cuffed pants and only see themselves that way now? In that case, it deserves applause and respect.
