Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I'm curious why some people still wear cuffed pants. The trend is over; you might see 2-3 people on the street wearing them, even in the summer. So, either the person is trying to appear fashionable out of habit, which is sad, because following an outdated trend is embarrassing, or they... have found their true style in cuffed pants and now only see themselves wearing them that way? In that case, it deserves applause and respect.
