My suggestion: don't give points just for size and the dungeon; evaluate only items 3 through 7, but multiply them by a difficulty coefficient (increasing with the size of the map and the presence of a dungeon). The idea is this: the larger and more complex the map, the more difficult it is to balance, so a good balance on an XL map can be given more points than on an M map. That's it.
