I also noticed that at this link http://heroes3stat.appspot.com/rating, I have 258 games played, but in this ranking, there is one game less - 257.

The number of games is actually 258 in both rankings, meaning the total is simply calculated incorrectly in this ranking.
Most players in this ranking have significantly more games than in the one at the link. And I trust this one more:
for example, the Ihromanta ranking doesn't display 5 games in a row (from November 19 to November 28, 2017), but this ranking has them all.
Perhaps your problem lies in a single draw.
